How long will my podium take?
Our standard production lead time is 3–6 weeks after final design approval. Design preparation and any amendments take place before this period starts. Once your podium is completed and dispatched, UK pallet delivery is usually the next working day, subject to the destination and courier service.
What is the ordering process?
- Place your order: choose your podium design or discuss a custom requirement with us.
- Send your details: provide your club logo, colours, sponsor artwork and any wording you want included.
- Review the design: we prepare a visual proof for you to check and confirm.
- Approve the final proof: check all details and give your approval before production begins.
- Production: we make your podium to the agreed specification, normally within 3–6 weeks after approval.
- Delivery: the completed podium is prepared on a pallet and collected by our designated courier.
What material do you use?
Our podiums are made from acrylic. The dimensions, construction and finish depend on the design you choose and will be confirmed for your order. If you need a specific size or feature, discuss it with us before ordering.
Do you use stickers?
We use direct UV printing, high-quality vinyl graphics or wrapping, depending on the design and finish agreed for your podium. Direct UV printing applies the artwork to the material itself. Vinyl graphics and wraps are applied films used where they suit the required design. We will confirm the finishing method as part of your order.
Can you add our club badge, colours and sponsors?
Yes. Personalisation can include your club badge, colours, sponsor logos and agreed wording. Send the artwork and tell us how you would like it used. Please make sure you have permission to use any logos or other artwork you provide.
What artwork should I send?
Send the best-quality original files you have. Vector artwork such as PDF, SVG or EPS is useful for logos; a high-resolution PNG may also be suitable. Avoid screenshots or small images copied from social media where possible. We will check the files and let you know if we need a clearer version.
Will I see the design before it is made?
Yes. We send a visual proof for you to check before manufacturing. Review the spelling, logos, sponsor details, layout, colours and agreed dimensions carefully. Production starts after you approve the final design.
Can I ask for changes to the design?
Please tell us about changes while reviewing your proof. We will discuss the amendments and let you know if they affect the price or schedule before proceeding. Once a design has been approved or production has started, some changes may no longer be possible.
Will the printed colours look exactly like my screen?
Screens and print processes can show colours differently. If a particular brand colour or exact match is essential, mention it before design approval so we can discuss the requirement and agree what is achievable.
Can I request a custom size or shape?
Contact us with the dimensions, appearance and intended use you have in mind. We will review the request and confirm what we can make, along with the specification and price, before you commit to the order.
Can I order for a particular match or event?
Tell us the required date before placing an order. We will check it against the design work, our standard 3–6 week production lead time after approval, and the courier schedule. A requested date is only agreed when we confirm it in writing.
How is the podium delivered?
We send completed podiums on a pallet with a designated courier. UK delivery is usually the next working day after dispatch. Please tell us about vehicle access restrictions and make sure someone can receive the pallet. Read our Delivery page for more information.
Can I return a personalised podium?
We do not offer change-of-mind returns for podiums made to your specifications or clearly personalised for your club. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or different from the agreed specification. See our Returns & Cancellations policy.
What should I do if it arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and a description of the damage. Photographs of the packaging and podium are helpful. Keep the packaging where practical while we investigate, and contact us before arranging a return shipment.
How should I look after the acrylic?
Handle the podium carefully and follow the care instructions supplied for your particular finish. Use a soft, clean cloth and avoid abrasive pads or harsh cleaning chemicals that could mark acrylic, printing or vinyl. Ask us before using a cleaning product if you are unsure.
Is it suitable for outdoor use?
Tell us where and how you intend to use it so we can confirm the suitability of the chosen design and finish. Do not assume that every podium is suitable for permanent outdoor storage or all weather conditions.
