Standard production lead time: 3–6 weeks after final design approval. Your podium is made to order. Once it has been completed and prepared for dispatch, we arrange pallet delivery with our designated courier.
When the lead time starts
The 3–6 week production period starts when you have approved the final design and the information needed to manufacture your podium has been confirmed. It does not start when you first enquire or submit artwork. Time spent preparing the design, requesting amendments or waiting for your approval comes before production.
We will keep you informed if we expect a delay or if an agreed change affects the schedule. If you need your podium for a particular fixture, presentation or event, tell us before placing your order so we can discuss whether the date is achievable. Please do not assume that a specific event date has been accepted unless we have confirmed it in writing.
How your podium is delivered
Completed podiums are prepared for transport on a pallet and sent with a designated courier. This allows us to arrange a service suited to the size and handling requirements of the finished podium.
UK delivery is usually the next working day after dispatch, once the podium is complete and the courier collection has taken place. This is the usual transit time, not a guaranteed delivery date, and it is separate from the 3–6 week production lead time. The destination, collection schedule, bank holidays and courier operations can affect delivery.
Delivery address and access
Please give us the complete delivery address, postcode, a contact name and a telephone number for the person receiving the pallet. If the delivery is to a football ground, school, club facility or another site with restricted opening hours, tell us about the access arrangements before dispatch.
Let us know about narrow entrances, vehicle restrictions, steps, gravel, steep slopes, locked gates or any other feature that may affect a pallet delivery. The delivery service and unloading arrangements need to be suitable for your site. Do not assume that the driver can carry the podium indoors, move it upstairs, install it or position it at pitchside unless this has been specifically agreed.
We will confirm the available delivery arrangements with you. Please make sure someone is available to receive the shipment on the arranged day.
Delivery charges and destinations
The delivery destination, service and charge will be confirmed in your written quotation before you commit to the order. Any additional delivery service must be agreed with you first. If you have unusual access requirements or need delivery to a remote area, island or an international destination, contact us so we can confirm availability and provide a quotation.
The usual next-working-day transit estimate relates to UK deliveries where that courier service is available. Remote areas, islands and any agreed international shipment may take longer. We will discuss the relevant arrangements before dispatch.
Receiving and checking your podium
Check the pallet and outer packaging on arrival where reasonably possible. If there is visible damage, photograph it and note it with the courier if you can. After unpacking, check that the podium matches your order and is in good condition.
If you discover transit damage, a missing part or another problem, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and a description. Photographs of the podium and packaging help us investigate and arrange a suitable solution. Keep the packaging where practical until we have discussed the issue. A delivery signature, or not spotting damage immediately, does not remove any statutory rights you have.
Changes, delays and missed deliveries
If the address or receiving arrangements change, contact us before dispatch. Once a pallet is in transit, changes may not be possible. If a further delivery charge may be necessary, we will explain it and agree it with you before arranging an additional service.
If delivery does not happen as expected, contact us so we can investigate with the courier. We remain your point of contact for the order; you do not need to resolve a delivery problem with the carrier on your own. Nothing in this page limits your statutory rights relating to delivery.
